Fluoropolymer coatings and linings rely on materials known for their chemical stability and resistance in harsh environments. Common options include PFA, PTFE (F4), ECTFE (F30, Halar), ETFE (F40), PVDF, and FEP (F46). Photoresist reaction vessel
High-purity PFA coatings are applied to ensure ultra-clean environments. Total metal contamination can be kept below 1PPb, with individual metals controlled under 0.2PPb. We also offer conductive PFA developed for semiconductor applications, with volume resistivity between 10⁻⁵ and 10⁻⁹ Ω•cm, and purity levels as low as 1PPb.
PI (Polyimide) reaction vessel
Designed for the synthesis of polyimide materials used in semiconductor-related processes. These vessels are coated with high-purity PFA to reduce metal ion contamination during chemical reactions. The coating meets strict purity requirements, keeping total metal content below 1 ppb and individual elements under 0.2 ppb.
Double-sided precision lapping machine
