Corrosion Resistance
The coating withstands highly corrosive environments with a pH range of 1 to 14. It offers effective resistance against fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, alkalis, and various organic solvents.
Reinforcement Method
For demanding applications, a mesh layer is added before sintering to improve resistance to high-temperature molecular penetration and enhance durability under extreme conditions.
Sintering Process
The full process includes: grinding and smoothing → degreasing → sandblasting → cleaning → primer spraying → heat holding during sintering → multiple topcoat applications → repeated sintering and curing.
Coating Thickness
Standard coatings range from 0.5mm to 0.8mm. Reinforced coatings range from 0.8mm to 1.5mm depending on service conditions.
Inspection
Each coated component undergoes adhesion testing, holiday detection, thickness measurement, visual inspection, and vacuum leak checks.
Performance
This coating offers excellent vacuum resistance and low thermal conductivity—about 75% of borosilicate glass. It’s easy to repair if damaged and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -190°C to 260°C.
